Death to a radio station

posted Tuesday, 2 September 2008
I get in the car this morning, turn the dial to 102.3 KCUV, or so I thought, and a much different version of music (not indie/folk) came over the station, now called Jack. Confused all day until I got home and did some surfing to see what had happened to KCUV. It's ceased broadcasting. Totally bummed since it proved to be a favorite music station. So for now, I'm back to listening online to my old fave NYC station, WFUV.

I, too, am SO SAD that KCUV is no more. So depressing. How can such an a quality radio station be gone? We need to start writing letters, to let the broadcasting company know that this station is missed terribly.
